Purchaser of lot must start construction of the dwelling within twelve months of purchase and have completed within 18 months of purchase to be eligible for rebate. Water, sewer and electricity are stubbed to each lot. Lots on the north side of Sunset Circle with road access are allowed to have an additional building not to exceed 30 x 40.
