– Front & Back 3′ walk in doors
– ceiling inside lined with tin & R-50 Blown insulation
– 6″ sidewall batt insulation
– electric stubbed inside w/ 100 Amp Entrance and some light, and water & gas stubbed inside
– 30′ concrete apron to North w/ 10’x10′ concrete pad to the South
